Introduction & Scope

This document forms a legal agreement between btk99 and its users. By using the site, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

4 Account Security

Allowing third parties to access your account is prohibited.

btk99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from account security breaches, unless a platform fault is clearly proven.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on btk99. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

Creating multiple accounts or opening an account under someone else's identity.
Participating in any form of credit card fraud or money laundering.
Abusing the bonus system — operating an account solely for the purpose of withdrawing bonuses.
Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to play games.
Fraudulent collusion or coordination with other players.
Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems, software, or gaming processes.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonus Policy

6 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

All financial transactions on btk99 are governed by the following rules:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
The deposit account and withdrawal account must be in the same person's name.

Large withdrawals may be temporarily delayed pending verification. This is done in the interest of security.

7 Welcome Bonus & Wagering

btk99's welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit — up to ৳5,000, with a wagering requirement of just 10x.

For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total ৳17,000.

Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
Bonuses are not transferable to third parties.
Whether multiple bonuses can be combined will be determined by the specific terms of each promotion.

Important: Specific terms apply to every promotion or bonus at all times. btk99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it is misused or if any rules are violated.

10 Technical Faults & Dispute Resolution

A technical fault may automatically void all bets and payments.
Any incorrect payments or excess credits resulting from a system error will be recovered.

Server-side records will be treated as final in the resolution of all disputes.
There is an option to appeal a decision; however, the relevant amount will remain disputed until the process is complete.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

btk99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Serious breach of the Terms.
Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Operating multiple accounts.
Suspicion of money laundering.
Age restriction violation.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any verified balance may be withdrawn prior to closure.

15 Changes to Terms & Effectiveness

btk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Users will be informed of significant changes via their registered email or through a notification on their account.

Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please request account closure.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply in full. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between btk99 and the user and take precedence over all prior oral or written agreements.
