When using btk99, small questions often come up — how do I make a deposit, how long does a withdrawal take, what does slot volatility mean, or what do I do if I forget my password. This FAQ page is a detailed collection of answers to all those questions. Every answer is written in line with btk99 platform rules and features, so you can get reliable information at any time.
Deposit Questions
After logging in to btk99, go to the "Deposit" option and select bKash. Send money from your app to the bKash number shown, then enter the transaction ID in the designated field. Your balance will be credited within a few minutes. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
btk99 currently supports four deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank). The minimum deposit is ৳100 for all methods. You can choose whichever option suits you best.
btk99 does not charge any deposit fee on its end. However, your mobile banking app (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply its standard service charge for "Send Money" — that is governed by the respective app's own policy. Bank transfer fees set by your bank may also apply.
Your balance normally updates within a few minutes. If it still hasn't appeared after 15–20 minutes, keep your transaction ID and screenshot ready and contact our support team via live chat. They are available 24/7 and will verify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The minimum deposit at btk99 is ৳100 for every payment method. This applies equally to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. If you send less than ৳100, the transaction may not be accepted, so please make sure you send the correct amount.
How to Withdraw Money
Yes, withdrawals at btk99 are open seven days a week, 24 hours a day. You can submit a withdrawal request at any time — night, early morning, Friday, or Saturday. Normal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Yes, for security purposes btk99's policy requires withdrawals to be made only to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name, or to your own bank account. Sending funds to someone else's account is not permitted — this is in place to protect your funds.
You can withdraw winnings earned from a btk99 welcome bonus once the wagering requirement has been met. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to place bets totalling 10 times that amount — i.e., ৳10,000 in wagers (calculated on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount). Once the requirement is fulfilled, your winnings can be withdrawn directly.
The minimum withdrawal amount at btk99 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this limit cannot be submitted. You can withdraw once your balance reaches ৳500 or more, using any supported method.
Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed in 30 minutes to a maximum of 3 hours. If more time has passed, contact the support team via live chat with your request number and amount. The team will verify and update you quickly.
Slot Games
In a progressive jackpot slot, a small portion of every bet is added to a central pool. This pool keeps growing until a player triggers the jackpot. There is no fixed amount — the pool changes constantly. Winning the jackpot happens either completely at random or through a special feature within the game.
For players with a small budget, low-volatility slots are the best fit. These games pay out frequently, though individual win amounts are relatively small. This lets you keep your balance going longer and enjoy more playtime. Read the provider's information before choosing a game.
Volatility is a measure of how frequently a slot game pays out and how large those payouts are. High-volatility games pay out less often but can deliver large rewards in a single win. Low-volatility games deliver smaller wins more regularly. Mid-volatility games sit in between the two.
In most slot games, the free spins feature is built into the game itself — typically, the free spins round triggers when a set number of scatter symbols land on the reels at the same time. btk99 may also offer bonus free spins as part of a promotion, in which case specific terms and an expiry date will apply.
RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of total bets a game is expected to return to players over the long term. Knowing the RTP gives you a reference point when choosing a game, but it does not guarantee the outcome of any individual session, since every spin is independent.
